• A person whose heart melts out of compassion for every living being. What he needs is some knowledge, liberation, to keep a vigil on his head and rub ash on his body.

vah vyakti jisaka hraday har praanee maatr ke prati karuna se pighalata hai. use jarurat kya hai kisee gyaan kee, mukti kee, sar ke oopar jataajoot rakhane kee aur apane shaareer par raakh malane kee.

वह व्यक्ति जिसका ह्रदय हर प्राणी मात्र के प्रति करुणा से पिघलता है। उसे जरुरत क्या है किसी ज्ञान की, मुक्ति की, सर के ऊपर जटाजूट रखने की और अपने शारीर पर राख मलने की।

• There are two ways to avoid Bite and the evil people. Wear shoes in your feet and embarrass them so much that they cannot lift their heads and stay away from you.

kaato se aur dusht logo se bachane ke do upaay hai. pair mein jute pahano aur unhen itana sharmasaar karo kee vo apana sar utha na sake aur aapase door rahe.

काटो से और दुष्ट लोगो से बचने के दो उपाय है। पैर में जुते पहनो और उन्हें इतना शर्मसार करो की वो अपना सर उठा ना सके और आपसे दूर रहे।

• There is no treasure in this world that can give you a letter of knowledge that your master has freed from its debt.

is duniya mein vah khajaana nahin hai jo aapako aapake sadaguru ne gyaan ka ek akshar diya usake karje se mukt kar sake.

इस दुनिया में वह खजाना नहीं है जो आपको आपके सदगुरु ने ज्ञान का एक अक्षर दिया उसके कर्जे से मुक्त कर सके।

• One who wears unclean clothes. The teeth of which are not clear. One who eats a lot. Who speaks harsh words. Which arises after sunrise. No matter how big his personality is, he will be deprived of the grace of Lakshmi.

jo asvachchh kapade pahanata hai. jisake daat saaf nahin. jo bahot khaata hai. jo kathor shabd bolata hai. jo sooryoday ke baad uthata hai. usaka kitana bhee bada vyaktitv kyon na ho, vah lakshmee kee krpa se vanchit rah jaayega.

जो अस्वच्छ कपडे पहनता है। जिसके दात साफ़ नहीं। जो बहोत खाता है। जो कठोर शब्द बोलता है। जो सूर्योदय के बाद उठता है। उसका कितना भी बड़ा व्यक्तित्व क्यों न हो, वह लक्ष्मी की कृपा से वंचित रह जायेगा।

• Money earned from sin can last for ten years. He disappears in the ninth year, along with his case.

paap se kamaaya hua paisa das saal rah sakata hai. gyaarave saal mein vah lupt ho jaata hai, usakee muddal ke saath.

पाप से कमाया हुआ पैसा दस साल रह सकता है। ग्यारवे साल में वह लुप्त हो जाता है, उसकी मुद्दल के साथ।

• When a person loses wealth, his friends, wife, servants and relatives leave him. And when he regains wealth, they all return. That's why wealth is the best relative.

jab vyakti daulat khota hai to usake mitr, patnee, naukar, sambandhee use chhodakar chale jaate hai. aur jab vah daulat vaapas haasil karata hai to ye sab laut aate hai. iseelie daulat hee sabase achchha rishtedaar hai.

जब व्यक्ति दौलत खोता है तो उसके मित्र, पत्नी, नौकर, सम्बन्धी उसे छोड़कर चले जाते है। और जब वह दौलत वापस हासिल करता है तो ये सब लौट आते है। इसीलिए दौलत ही सबसे अच्छा रिश्तेदार है।

• A true meal is that which is left after giving it to a Brahmin. Love is the truth that is given to others. The love that we have is not myself. That is intelligence that prevents one from sinning. That is the donation which is done without showing.

ek sachcha bhojan vah hai jo braahman ko dene ke baad shesh hai. prem vah saty hai jo dusaro ko diya jaata hai. khud se jo prem hota hai vah nahin. vahee buddhimatta hai jo paap karane se rokatee hai. vahee daan hai jo bina dikhaave ke kiya jaata hai.

एक सच्चा भोजन वह है जो ब्राह्मण को देने के बाद शेष है। प्रेम वह सत्य है जो दुसरो को दिया जाता है। खुद से जो प्रेम होता है वह नहीं। वही बुद्धिमत्ता है जो पाप करने से रोकती है। वही दान है जो बिना दिखावे के किया जाता है।

• When a great man does something wrong, no one says anything to him. A lowly man, even when he does a good deed, he is cursed. See it is good to drink nectar but Rahu died due to drinking nectar. Drinking poison is harmful, but when Lord Shankar praised the poison, the poison became the decoration of his throat.

ek mahaan aadamee jab koee galat kaam karata hai to use koee kuchh nahin kahata. ek neech aadamee jab koee achchha kaam bhee karata hai to usaka dhikkaar hota hai. dekhiye amrt peena to achchha hai lekin raahoo kee maut amrt pine se hee huee. vish peena nukasaanadaayee hai lekin bhagavaan shankar ne jab vish praashan kiya to vish unake gale ka alankaar ho gaya.

एक महान आदमी जब कोई गलत काम करता है तो उसे कोई कुछ नहीं कहता। एक नीच आदमी जब कोई अच्छा काम भी करता है तो उसका धिक्कार होता है। देखिये अमृत पीना तो अच्छा है लेकिन राहू की मौत अमृत पिने से ही हुई। विष पीना नुकसानदायी है लेकिन भगवान् शंकर ने जब विष प्राशन किया तो विष उनके गले का अलंकार हो गया।

• If a man does not have a test, he keeps the precious gems lying on the foot and wears the grass on the head. Doing so does not reduce the value of gems and does not increase the importance of grass straw. When a man of wisdom comes, he shows everything in its place.

yadi aadamee ko parakh nahin hai to vah anamol ratnon ko to pair kee dhul mein pada hua rakhata hai aur ghaas ko sar par dhaaran karata hai. aisa karane se ratnon ka mooly kam nahin hota aur ghaas ke tinako kee mahatta nahin badhatee. jab vivek buddhi vaala aadamee aata hai to har cheej ko usakee jagah dikhaata hai.

यदि आदमी को परख नहीं है तो वह अनमोल रत्नों को तो पैर की धुल में पडा हुआ रखता है और घास को सर पर धारण करता है। ऐसा करने से रत्नों का मूल्य कम नहीं होता और घास के तिनको की महत्ता नहीं बढती। जब विवेक बुद्धि वाला आदमी आता है तो हर चीज को उसकी जगह दिखाता है।

• The man is a chandal who eats dinner himself, without giving due respect to a suddenly tired and unwelcome guest.

vah aadamee chandaal hai jo ek door se achaanak aaye hue thake maande atithi ko aadar satkaar die bina raatri ka bhojan khud khaata hai.

वह आदमी चंडाल है जो एक दूर से अचानक आये हुए थके मांदे अतिथि को आदर सत्कार दिए बिना रात्रि का भोजन खुद खाता है।

• Knowledge of scriptures is immense. Those arts are endless which we should learn. We have a little time. There are many obstacles in the opportunities to learn. Therefore, learn only what is very important. In the same way as goose leaves water and drinks milk mixed with it.

shaastron ka gyaan agaadh hai. vo kalae anant jo hamen seekhanee chhaahiye. hamaare paas samay thoda hai. jo sikhane ke mauke hai usame anek vighn aate hai. iseelie vahee seekhe jo atyant mahatvapoorn hai. usee prakaar jaise hans paanee chhodakar usame mila hua doodh pee leta hai.

शास्त्रों का ज्ञान अगाध है। वो कलाए अनंत जो हमें सीखनी छाहिये। हमारे पास समय थोडा है। जो सिखने के मौके है उसमे अनेक विघ्न आते है। इसीलिए वही सीखे जो अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। उसी प्रकार जैसे हंस पानी छोड़कर उसमे मिला हुआ दूध पी लेता है।

• A person has knowledge of the four Vedas and all the scriptures. But if he does not get the feeling of his soul, then he is like the same spoon that stirred many dishes but tasted none.

ek vyakti ko chaaro ved aur sabhee dharman shaastron ka gyaan hai. lekin use yadi apane aatma kee anubhooti nahin huee to vah usee chamache ke samaan hai jisane anek pakavaanon ko hilaaya lekin kisee ka svaad nahin chakha.

एक व्यक्ति को चारो वेद और सभी धर्मं शास्त्रों का ज्ञान है। लेकिन उसे यदि अपने आत्मा की अनुभूति नहीं हुई तो वह उसी चमचे के समान है जिसने अनेक पकवानों को हिलाया लेकिन किसी का स्वाद नहीं चखा।

• The moon, which is inferior to nectar and considered to be the god of medicines, is immortal and resplendent like nectar. What happens to him when he goes to the Sun, that is, it appears in the day. So, would not a normal person go to another house and get the shortness.

chandrama jo amrt se labaalab hai aur jo aushadhiyon kee devata maana jaata hai, jo amrt ke samaan amar aur daideepyamaan hai. usaka kya hashr hota hai jab vah soory ke ghar jaata hai arthaat din mein dikhaee deta hai. to kya ek saamaany aadamee dusare ke ghar jaakar laghuta ko nahin praapt hoga.

चन्द्रमा जो अमृत से लबालब है और जो औषधियों की देवता माना जाता है, जो अमृत के समान अमर और दैदीप्यमान है। उसका क्या हश्र होता है जब वह सूर्य के घर जाता है अर्थात दिन में दिखाई देता है। तो क्या एक सामान्य आदमी दुसरे के घर जाकर लघुता को नहीं प्राप्त होगा।

• Blessed are those people, who have risen high, who crossed the ocean of the world and took refuge in a true Brahmin. His refuge served as a boat. They are not like passengers who are on a normal ship that is in danger of sinking.

vah log dhany hai, oonche uthe hue hai jinhonne sansaar samudr ko paar karate hue ek sachche braahman kee sharan lee. unakee sharanaagati ne nauka ka kaam kiya. ve aise musaaphiron kee tarah nahin hai jo aise saamaany jahaaj par savaar hai jisake doobane ka khatara hai.

वह लोग धन्य है, ऊँचे उठे हुए है जिन्होंने संसार समुद्र को पार करते हुए एक सच्चे ब्राह्मण की शरण ली। उनकी शरणागति ने नौका का काम किया। वे ऐसे मुसाफिरों की तरह नहीं है जो ऐसे सामान्य जहाज पर सवार है जिसके डूबने का खतरा है।

• This honey bee, which used to sit in the lotus's delicate wings and drink its sweet honey, now lays its eyes on a common kutz flower. Because she has come to a country where there is no lotus, she likes the pollen of kutz.

yah madhu makkhee jo kamal kee naajuk pankhadiyo mein baithakar usake meethe madhu ka paan karatee thee, vah ab ek saamaany kutaj ke phool par apana taav maaratee hai. kyon kee vah aise desh mein aa gayee hai jaha kamal hai hee nahin, use kutaj ke paraag hee achchhe lagate hai.

यह मधु मक्खी जो कमल की नाजुक पंखडियो में बैठकर उसके मीठे मधु का पान करती थी, वह अब एक सामान्य कुटज के फूल पर अपना ताव मारती है। क्यों की वह ऐसे देश में आ गयी है जहा कमल है ही नहीं, उसे कुटज के पराग ही अच्छे लगते है।

• O Lord Vishnu, my lord, why I do not live in the house of Brahmins…

Agastya Rishi angrily drank Samudra (which is my father).
Bhrigu Muni kicked your chest.
Brahmins enjoy a lot of reading and they always like the blessings of Saraswati who is my rival.
And every day they come out of the reservoir of lotus flower which is my residence and worship Lord Shiva.

he bhagavaan vishnu, mere svaamee, mai braahmanon ke ghar mein is lie nahin rahatee kyon kee..... agasty rshi ne gusse mein samudr ko ( jo mere pita hai) pee liya. bhrgu muni ne aapakee chhaatee par laat maaree. braahmanon ko padhane mein bahot aanand aata hai aur ve meree jo spardhak hai us sarasvatee kee haradam krpa chaahate hai. aur ve roj kamal ke phool ko jo mera nivaas hai jalaashay se nikalate hai aur bhagavaan shiv kee pooja karate hai.

हे भगवान् विष्णु, मेरे स्वामी, मै ब्राह्मणों के घर में इस लिए नहीं रहती क्यों की.....
अगस्त्य ऋषि ने गुस्से में समुद्र को ( जो मेरे पिता है) पी लिया।
भृगु मुनि ने आपकी छाती पर लात मारी।
ब्राह्मणों को पढने में बहोत आनंद आता है और वे मेरी जो स्पर्धक है उस सरस्वती की हरदम कृपा चाहते है।
और वे रोज कमल के फूल को जो मेरा निवास है जलाशय से निकलते है और भगवान् शिव की पूजा करते है।
